When you order your project, you'll meet your dedicated single point contact Project Manager. NuTec's project managers play a critical role in the success of your program at NuTec. Our dedicated project managers excel at coordinating and facilitating the variety of complex tasks throughout your project. Their internal interface with NuTec's functional department managers ensure that resource allocation and technical issues are addressed and plans adjusted regularly.
Likewise, NuTec demands consistent and regular external communication from our Project Managers to our clients. You'll be well connected through our system that includes customer kick off, contract, spec and proposal review, design reviews, regular status and schedule reviews, documentation, safety and quality assessments and of course our internal and customer qualification processes. You'll receive timely documentation throughout the project in the form of meeting minutes and action items to maintain clear understanding of our progress and approach.
Our project managers are responsible for your satisfaction and are measured on their budget and delivery performance. They're ultimately responsible for building equipment that meets or exceeds your specifications. Whether your project is basic, requires CE Certification or complete GAMP compliance - they're up to the task!
